Compassion is at the center of DiFranza Law, P.A. Lisa A. DiFranza, founder of the firm, believes one person can make a difference. She prides herself on being reliable and accessible to her clients. She provides a personal touch to all clients to ensure they receive the guidance and support to achieve their goals.

The Mission of DiFranza Law is to bring peace to those who find themselves faced with a situation or problem requiring legal services for their solution. The firm focuses on six main areas of law: guardianship, guardian advocacy, elder law, estate planning (wills, durable powers of attorney, etc.), probate, and adoption.

Lisa is a firm believer in giving to and serving her community. She was named the 2018 Small Business Leader of the Year for the Beaches Division of the Jax Chamber. She is a member of several bar associations and committees on the First Coast. Lisa endeavors to be a positive influence and force for her clients and the community.

Jennifer F. W. Sticha, Esq

       Reliable and Accessible

Born in Minnesota, Jennifer has lived all over the continental United States. She attended the University of Minnesota where she received a bachelor’s degree. She then went on to attend State Cloud State University wherein she received a master’s degree in behavioral science. Prior to going to law school, she interned with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and continued to work there until serving with the United States Park Police. Subsequently, she graduated from The Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law with her Juris Doctorate.

While at Dickinson, Jennifer served as the Phi Alpha Delta Burr Chapter Justice, interned at two District Attorney’s Offices, the Army War College Legal Installation Office, and the United Nation’s International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.

Prior to joining the DiFranza Law, Jennifer served as the law clerk in a Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, working primarily in family law and probate. Once settled in Florida, she worked as a staff attorney for a local prominent personal injury firm and most recently with a leading international law firm. In addition, Jennifer serves as a United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida.

Jennifer thoroughly enjoys serving her community and country. She is a firm believer that you earn your success based on service to others and everyone should strive to make a positive impact or difference in the lives of those around you. She has a multidisciplinary background that enables her to reach clients as all levels to provide guidance and assistance.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, golfing, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
